HELP, I DELETED TERM PAPER!!!!!!!

i accidentally ( i know im a dumbass) deleted a final exam report and emptied the recycle bin. i have a prog called ccleaner associated with my recycle bin, but i dont know of a way to recover the files.
is there a way i can do this ? i havent turned off the computer or done anything except post this since it happened.
can someone please help me?!?!?!?!?

If you have system restore enabled, restore your system to the last checkpoint prior to deleting it.
