help! disk write caching is disabled!

I am happy to find this forum. I am not an American. So my English is not very good. Sorry.
Yesterday when I opened my computer,I found I couldn get in to system directly. Windows said I have to check up my disk . I cancel. then Windows xp crashed after minutes . BOOTVIS said disk write caching is disabled . Now I can't use my computer . Who can help me ?

sounds to my like your paging file is the problem here...

if you can get there, right-click My Computer, Properties,
Advanced tab, Performance, Settings, Advanced tab. Check to
be sure Virtual Memory is enabled and defaulted to 384mb.

I really not sure this is the problem, but it's one thing to check.

If I chick it , the system will crash immediately . Today I can't start my computer . I can see the Windows XP ,but I can't get into it .
