help needed with msn calendar and outlook sync

I am having trouble getting my msn calendar synced up with my outlook. In the classic version I am able to sync it with my outlook but the problem I am having is regarding whether or not a third party can sync their outlook to my MSN premium account in a way that we are all able to EDIT and VIEW the calendar that is imported or uploaded to my MSN account. Please let me know how to do this or who i can contact regarding this.
