STOP!!! Ummm...Please don't reinstall!!!!

system32.exe is not a file you need/want anyway:

http://www.liutilities.com/products/win ... /system32/

Do a quick google search for system32.exe and read all the crap about it before you default to reinstalling everything

Basically you haven't completely cleaned up all the spyware on your system yet. There is still a spyware program set to run at startup causing that error because system32.exe has been apparently deleted. You need to do more research to completely clean your system.

I just finished fixing the problem you had. I deleted the file as well as the registry edit that was added and i was getting that error that you were getting, then i downloaded ad-aware

http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/

and ran a full system scan on that as well, i deleted everything that it picked up and voila!! problem solved... hope that worked... 8)

You did what I would have done. You probably have it fixed. Let us know if you notice any problems with it.
