Ok on my other computer I did a HiJack This scan and it said:

O10 - Broken Internet access because of LSP provider 'c:\windows\system32\rlls.dll' missing

Please how do I fix this?
I know that I need to download LSP-fix, but how can i download it, if it wont allow me to go on the internet?
Please help, and thank you in advance.

If you can't get on the internet how did you make this post?

If you think about it long and hard I think you can figure it out.

The point I am trying to make is HxC said he cannot get on the internet to download the LSP fix yet he was able to get on the internet to make this post. One would assume that he does have the means to get on the internet download the application in question and save it to some sort of media i.e. USB stick, CD, floppy and transfer it to the computer which has the problem.
