Help with Keyloggers

I was reading the forum this guy made about keyloggers. I've been having some major problems lately and I know I have a keylogger. I don't have my emails, youtube and World of Warcraft accounts hacked several different times for no reason, so I know there's something on my computer. I downloaded the Hijack thism and this is what I got. Please let me know if you see ANY problems at all:

Ok, I see it on the list. Here's the problem though: I deleted it from my Program Files. So, does that mean it's gone but Hijackthis still sees it and it's gliched; or, does it mean it's still there?

It's probably still there because it's regenerated in the registry. Delete it using the Hijack This utility and if that doesn't work, find it in the registry and delete it from there.
It could be in:
HKLM
Software
Micorsoft
Windows
Current Version
Run

Or follow the same path in HKCU.

If none of that works, do a restore point to a date when you know that it wasn't there.

I've continued deleting it, but for some reason, it's still there.

How do I get rid of it from showing up? I physically went into my program files after I read the first reply and just clicked on the folder and deleted it and got rid of it from my Add/Remove Programs. So, is that all I have to do Don?

If not, could you give me some instructions on how to make it stop from showing up?

Try doing it in Safe Mode. To get into Safe Mode, restart your PC and press F8 during boot.

I gave you the instructions. Look at my last post. It has instructions on looking in the registry or you can do a restore point. Those are the only 2 ways since another worthless anti virus program failed again.

Not to sound too noob, but I finally figured out what "restore to point" means, and that did the trick.
