Help with a virus!

I have something running that if i search google it shows me real links to good sites, but when i click on them they will redirect me to a random site such as http://arsenalwear .com task manager will not open. i can not open command line and i can not "run" when it started i had avg free edition but it was removed by the infection. i now have avast! free antivirus an it seems to be working great but it cant find the source of the problem. i can not download HJT. please help!

Here is what I suggest.

Use a different PC, a friend or family member, and download HiJackThis onto a flash drive. Then run it on your PC.
