Hijack This Log virus csrss

Hello, I'm new to this site and I was wondering if could get some help deleting the csrss.exe. I've read through some of the other topics but I'm stuck now. It's a Dell laptop running on Windows 7.

I tried including the hijack this log, but it wont let me post because of links.

You can post the log but you will have to alter the links so it will post.

You can also scan your log and get recommendations on what to remove at http://www.hijackthis.de/

It has been a while since I have run HiJack This but isn't there a fix button or something similar?
