hi
when I open the hotmail page : http://www.hotmail.com I don't get the full page , what I get is just the dialog with the username and password logon, I don't get the other stuff like msn today and all these stuff.

It opened normal for me so I am not sure what you are looking for.

Possibly your secureity leval is too high. First try to set the security level to Medium to do this in IE go to tools then internet options then click on the secureity tab. There you can set the level. A good secureity level is Medium which is default.
