How can I disable F8 on XP boot?

Thank you. It's solve my problem. Now I can remove a tape under F8 :)

Is this not ilegal ? (Modifying OS files without prior consent?)

I have found this software:

Wondering ig anybody has tried it or knows anything about it.. or if there's an alternative to disable safe mode that doesn't involve breaking/hacking the hardware and/or OS files and features.
