How to create a 2 disk recovery disk on Vista?

I am quite new to vista, and was told to do a 2 disk recovery disk for a system. one disk to boot and the other to be prompted after booting from first cd to recovery. So 2 disk. How do I do this?

I would just do this:

I have never heard of a 2 disc recovery disc. Having two discs just seems stupid especially if all one is doing is booting the system to prompt you for another disk.
