Do you need to buy Apple Quicktime Pro to create quicktime movies/clips?

If not, what other programs are available to create quicktime (.mov) clips and movies?

Any digital video editing software ie Adobe premiere etc should be able to export the files as MOV if you have the quicktime codec installed on your machine

may I ask why you want to export to quicktime? It's an ok format but there are several others out there that are far superior. (DivX)
