How to declare my FTP server in DNS

Hi
I have created an FTP Server (under windows 2000 Advanced Server). I can acceed to it typing ftp://MyIPAdress, but I want to create an Alias enabling me logging in with ftp://ftp.company.com
Could you please tell me what to do to make this declaration in DNS

Are you handling your own dns or using somebody else (dnsmadeeasy.com, etc.)?

If you are using somebody else, all you have to do is add an A Record for "FTP" and have it point to the IP of your server (for example ftp.yourdomain.com). Hope this helps. 8)
