My PC clock time goes advanced by 15 minutes every time I restart it? What can I do to fix it?

Open a command prompt and type in the following:
Code: [ Select ]
W32tm /config /syncfromflags:MANUAL /manualpeerlist:tick.usno.navy.mil

then
Code: [ Select ]
w32tm /config /update

This will set your PC to get its time from the Navy's NTP clock which is much more reliable than the Windows one.
