How do you delete an os?

I have 3 windows operating systems, however 2 of them have major errors. I have tried every thing to delete them. Thank You for your help!

You can't delete an OS. You have to format your hard drive. Well, I couldn't last time I tried 8)

u had 3 OS'S?? All xp or 98 ME or xp??

yes u need to format all (badnews)
