I have been having some trouble with my IE6.0. the trouble began when one of my friends tried to download some hacking tools onto my comp. they were of course infected, and so i had to clean my comp and rid it of all the virus' and trojans. After that my IE6.0 stopped working. After many hours of repairing files and things i got it to work in safe mode, but not in standard mode. All that it does in standard mode is open up to a white page and then says done and nothing else. If i try to go to a web page it eitehr does nothing or the hour glasss comes up and it freezes...still with a white page. Any ideas??? Just in case, here is my hijackthis log

Congrats! I think you are possibly the first to post a hijack this log file at OZZU.

Unfortunately, as much as I've tried I haven't discovered the secret to interpreting them.

The closest thing that I can see that may be of some help would be
http://support.microsoft.com/default.as ... -US;262637 based on the services.exe executable that is running.

You may find additional help here:
http://tomcoyote.com/hjt/

Or specifically at this support forum for hijack this:
http://www.spywareinfo.com/forums/

//edit- You might also want to check out this forum at "computer cops"
http://computercops.biz/forum67.html
To date I haven't seen anyone here who is an expert with hijack this. I hate stearing anyone away from OZZU, but those are all good resources.
