I installed windows 2000 on T23 laptop, new hardrive 40 gb, now I can't get anything higher than 16 colours for monitor, and it won't recognize ethernet card for high speed cable. What can I check or do?

Check your device manager, your probably going to have to reinstall all of the drivers........
