Anyone run accross not being able to open Internet options? Just flashes and disappears. There seems to be alot of people with this issue but nothing seems to resolve it. There is a quick way of copying a file in the IE7 foler called inetcpl and pasting it into the system32 folder. It works until you restart the computer then you are back to square one. Any hints??

I would try to clean the PC
Download, update and run anti malware from http://www.malwarebytes.org
