Internet problem

Hey sanntaz here new to the forum, I was wondering if someone could help me, here’s my problem I had Vonage phone service and cancel it now I can’t get on the internet. I hook my modem back the way it was before Vonage with no luck. How ever I was able to get on line under the safe mode ran an ipconfig to see my setting, once back in regular mode still same problem any help would be appreciated.

Post the output from ipconfig /all in normal mode.

Would I need to /release /renew /all

Got it fix didn’t think to look into my virus protection never had a problem in the 6 yrs I’ve been using it, but for some reason that was the cooperate. A quick un-install and re-install with a few extras problem solved.
