I have a Apple Ipod and it came with Itunes software. I had it working great once but then it went south on me . It takes forever to load . I have removed reloaded, ran adware Pro cleaned system, scanned for viruses. rebooted, reloaded over and over again. Still running sluggish.

appreciate any help out there

what is slow? the program, or the ipod itself?

I hope you system atleast meets this:

Windows System Requirements

* Windows XP or 2000
* 500 MHz Pentium class processor or better
* QuickTime 6.5.1 (included)
* 128 MB RAM minimum/256 RAM recommended
* Latest Windows service packs recommended

"Remember its minimal, more would be better"

and i hope you still have your care plan, and perhaps try contacting apple if its the ipod itself. or, I hope your purchased also from a good and reputable place..
