Keyboard malfunction

My keyboard has started giving me a new headache...
The keys that i regularly use: F5,Esc,winkey
are not working....
it all started off with a massive virus attack which disabled my regedit,task mgr,folder options etc etc...though i fixed them...i couldnt fix my keyboard....
please help....
