What OS are you using ?What language is your keyboard?, I assume ig is an english one and you have a spanish or latinoamerica language installed. Check in contro panel - keyboard to see what language you have installed.

OK, then:

1- Goto Control Panel - Regional and Language Options
2- Select the languages tab
3- In the upper right corner click on the Details button (Text Services and Input Languages)
4- In the next window select English (United States) for Default Input Language
5- On the list below (Installed services) click on Arabic (or the name of the language you want to remove) and click the remove button on the right.
6-Click Ok in all the the windows.

Hope it helps, lemme know if it works

Do you have another keyboard that you can try to rule out if it is a hardware problem?
