KIBAKI has taken over my pc

I have this crazy virus that is slowly but surely taking control of my pc.
Firstly,when I want to log on to windows, i have to "click ok to vote for kibaki" ,only then do i get to windows.
Secondly, it has become impossible to install or uninstall anything. Ive got every antivirus the sun, and yes, i do update, but to no avail!!!!

somebody help pleeze!! at least recommend an antivirus software or something

Search google for kibaki removal OR open regedit and delete the registry entries listed on the following site:
