Mac OS X Exposé for MS Windows (XP)?

Hi,

Is there something like Exposé (the new feature of Mac OS X: http://www.apple.com/macosx/features/expose/ ) available for the MS Windows plattform?

The closest thing i can think of is using the Alt +Tab combo. However, why a person would need that many windows open at one time is a mystery to me.
