Macro - Hit/ Open/ Close counter for Word document.

Hi guys,

Does anyone know if it's possible to make a counter for a word document?

What i want is:
Everytime this specific document is closed or opened the counter (in the document itself) is updated.

Was wondering if there was a way to do this? does word have a feature like this at all? or a macro?

Any help would be appreciated!
