I know this is probably off topic but I am desperate and you guy's are allways helpful. Where I work as a tech oour e-mail is hosted by a 3rd party and since 4:30 March 25th we are recieving the following error when sending mail. Recieving is fine and we can send using alternate external mail servers. Our provideres don't have a clue but nothing was changed.

"An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: Service unavailable; Client host [216.16.224.195] blocked using relays.ordb.org; ordb.org was shut down on December 18, 2006. Please remove from your mail server.. Please verify that your address is correct in your Mail preferences and try again."

Any help is greatly appreciated

Thanks

There are some Slashdot articles related to this. You might want to check them out.

ordb appears to be a spam blacklist that is no longer available and your e-mail host must still have them listed in their config. Until your host fixes it you will have this issue.

heehee, I didn't need Slashdot. I already knew that one was bad because I had the same issue a bit ago. But you had already posted.
