We have 5 different sites where we all use the same mail servers from our host of our website. at three of the locations e-mail is working fine, but at two locations we can recieve e-mail but cannot send. all these sites have different ISP's but these two happen to have the same ISP and are the two that can recieve but cannot send, and that is all the PC's at each site and has just started happening since the last two days.
Any Ideas ?

Sounds to me like the ISP is having problems with the SMTP Server (Send Mail Transfer Protocol). I'd suggest contacting the ISP and put in a service ticket.

(Your description of the problem has some conflicting statements -- that's the best answer I can give based on the interpretation of what I think you were trying to say.)

Its confusing I know but let me try again. all locations use the same pop3 server and smtp server to access e-mail. Now the difference between locations is that we have different Internet service providers such as example (comcast, roadrunner, SBC ) for reasons that all locations are not accessable for service by the same ISP. I called our host of our website who also hosts our e-mail (Servers POP3 & SMTP) and they suggest that maybe that paticular ISP has blocked any smtp servers from being accessed through service and want me to input the ISP smtp server address instead of thiers since it is only affecting outgoing mail and to leave the incoming pointed at thiers. What do you think?
