How do I make IE7 ask (instead of open) .zip and other downloads?

I modified the setting to open by default, by accident, and it wasn't my fault. I clicked to save a .zip file to my computer, but clicked to not ask what to do to .zip files again. I incorrectly assumed it would always save .zip files to my computer. It made .zip files now open by default! :x

To verify my mistake, I did the same thing with another file format, and it defaults to opening the file instead of saving it.

How do I make IE ask what do to with my files, again?

I have tried Internet Options, Advanced tab, Reset Internet Explorer settings, Reset..., and it did not work.

Thank you!

I will note that the checkbox I was suppose to change, was already checked for both my .zip and .wav files. But just going in there and clicking them on and off (not sure if I had to do that or not), and saving the change, made it work! :)
