Malicious Program

I need some help. Recently my roommate downloaded some program onto our computer and he said it was supposed to do something or other. then he says the program disappeared and he doesn't know what happened. I don't know what the program did, maybe it didn't do anything, but still, better safe than sorry.

can someone tell me what it does? I'm kind of worried it's a keylogger or something.

I don't know what it does & I wasn't going to click on it. You & your roommate should each have your own computer. That's why they are called personal computers & not shared computers.
