I may have a keylogger

Do I have a keylogger? I recently accidently got some adware which people say contains a keylogger, I want to make sure I dont have one, here are netstat -an results:

64.4.34.175 is Microsoft
203.206.139.77 is the Asia Pacific Network Information Centre
66.102.11.96 and 66.102.11.155 is Google

So I would say you don't. But just to be safe you can download, update and run MalwareBytes from http://www.malwarebytes.org
