Media Server setup

Hi, so i have my PS3 and my computer on the same network connected through a router. I had a few problems with my computer a few weeks back and had to reinstall windows and stuff.. Before that my PS3 would pick up my computer as a media server and i could stream stuff from Windows Media Player's Library to my PS3 without any problems.. But since i have reinstalled windows it just doesnt seem to pick up the media server and keeps saying no media servers found.

I think the problem is this:
I go to Tools > Options > Library > Configure sharing

And there i cannot see any devices under "Share my media to:" .. I think thats the problem. I have tried reinstalling windows media player but it doesn't help.

Any suggestions ?

Is the server services started in services?
start, run, services.msc
