I HAVE THE FOLLOWING PROBLEM:
When he went into CONTROL PANEL AND SELLECCIONO any icon I get a another program is using this file, I CAN DO TO CONTROL PANEL WORK PROPERLY.

This problem is most likely caused by Trojan.Small.js as far as I can tell by what I'm reading. If malwarebytes doesn't fix it, Try http://free.avg.com/us-en/homepage

If that's one of the top, I'd hate to see what's at the bottom. I can't count the Hijack This logs I've read here that had malware & AVG running at the same time. It's not just AVG. It's all of them. I lock my registry with MJ registry watcher.
