Is there a security feature or some way to stop people from altering your email messages when they forward or reply?

As far as I know, you have no control over the message after it's sent. Is anyone taking your emails out of context?

Yeah and it's not just me who have this problem. My coworkers and I have seen people change the sent dates and time and on few occasions our messages, just so the other person can cover their a$$ -it's annoying! Microsoft needs to work on a security feature.
Thanks Don2007 for your input.

There is something in Outlook and Outlook Express where you can request a confirmation receipt that the person received and/or read your email. They don't have to send the receipt but if they do, then you have a time stamp.
