Mirror MSSQL with MySQL on Win2003

I have a Windows 2003 machine with SQL Server 2008 and MySQL. I have a database on the MSSQL that I'd like to mirror to the MySQL. I'm wanting to connect remotely to the data, but I'm having problems connecting to the MSSQL, but the MySQL I'm connecting to just fine so this would fix it and work better in some regards.

I've already noticed 3rd party utilities that claim they do this, but I wanted more input so I can decide the easiest way to achieve the mirroring.
