i had try to fix it by myself by using the recovery console...
but i didnt really sure if it is the best solution...
it is correct???

in recovery console... i had write...
c:\windows\fixmbr c:\windows\system32\config\system

so now it seem to be alright..but can it cause harm to the PC???

No, that's not the correct command. It should be:

copy C:\windows\repair\system c:\windows\system32\config\system

Not sure why fixmbr is in there. That repairs the Master Boot record.
