can someone give me a driver

Model name: RD01-D270
ic: 365211801
US: cxsm507brd01-d270

it has got to be for win98 not win98se
i have the one for win98se but i need a update that i cant find so if you can help me with either one please do thanks

98se is the update for 98 - not sure what you mean by that.

well when i put in the win 98se cd it says do you want to upgrade i say yes then it goes in to it after about 6 mins it says you need a windows update to install win98se thats what happens

Did you goto Windows Update and get the updates?

ya thats the one i got and it is only for win98se i dont have se
and the updates are like 150 megs i am useing a 14k modem and i am look for the driver for a 56k modem so it wont be so slow

it would seem that 98 (non SE) has reached it's obsolescance with your modem.. either upgrade your OS or get a new modem.. ??

it can't be a big file (the driver)..put it on a disk and take it to your poor PC :)
