More Explorer problems (For a change)

Okay, I got rid of my Adware!

However, now I have a new propblem. When I try to get into the Excite Mailbox the following message appears:

The browser you're using is not allowing you to sign in to Excite.

Right now, your browser's settings are configured to disable cookies and/or javascript. In order to access your account, you must change your browser's settings to accept both cookies AND javascript.
##########################################

I uninstalled Spybot and Ad-Aware and I also set the security level on Explorer to LOW. No difference. I can't get in and keep getting the above message.

How do I reset this?

Open internet explorer. Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab.

Look through the boxes and make sure that Disable Cookies and Disable Javascript (or something to that effect) aren't checked.
