MSN Messenger not working.....Plzzz help.

hey....ppl hope everything is fine...
i am having problem with my msn messenger...it is now working.I uninstalled it and installed it many times but still it is not working.I went to the troubleshoot thing so it said that the keyport are missing so how to reslove this problem.I really need help so pleaseeee help me.

Just reformat your hard drive and install fresh OS. Then install again your MSN Messenger.

Reformatting is the worst possible suggestion you can make to a person having a problem with an application not related to the operating system. In fact it's never a good solution to reformat as the first thing you do to fix a problem. If that's something you enjoy doing, more power to you, but please stop suggesting it here at OZZU as a solution to Windows problems. It is NOT a good solution.
