NAV 1005,4 Error

I am having a problem with Norton Antivirus 2002. The error I am receiving is the following:

That screencapture shows the error window. I know that any English on that window, except the name Symantec, but those are the errors I always get. I just go on the internet and see type in the error number into Google. I've tried that again, but couldn't come up with anything.

When I click on blue line you see in the image, NAV took me to a Chinese website. I really don't know why NAV in English sends me to a Chinese website, but that's how it always works.

I was wondering if anyone can help me with this error. Just something I should mention is that I've been getting this error, I think, since a firewall was installed on my computer. I am not sure if that has anything to do with it, but I can't exclude it.

When I went to the Chinese website, I had an online translator tell me that it said something along the lines of "NAV cannot establish ...." something. I can't remember the rest.

Where did you get your copy of norton from?
