I need some help with Windows XP errors.

ok, i figured it out. I was getting the errors because some of the files was not in installed through my installation. I reinstalled XP today and i made sure all the files will be installed. Now i do have access to help and support. I can use yahoo messenger to check my yahoo e-mail. I can use Outlook Express. all that didn't work before because of the files.

i am haveing the same problem with my yahoo profile and it says the same thing ,,,,,,,but my computer is brand new out of the boxand it came with windows XP already installed on it and it is giving me the same trouble :cry:
