Network- File Sharing

I have a question regarding File Sharing.. Is it possible to know which of my files which i have shared over a lan are being accessed by the other computers on the Lan? Like if the other computer is watching a video directly from my computer, is there anyway i can find out which file is being accessed ? 
And also, i am using a wireless router, i have some of my files shared.. On another computer which is connected to the wireless router through a LAN cable the shared files do appear.. I wanted to know if i connect a laptop wirelessly, will those files which i have shared also appear on the laptop through wireless ?
