Hello i bought a new desktop from Sony Vaio model number: VGC-LT25E.
At the first start where it says do not shutdown the pc it might take 15 mins, power went down and the pc was turned off. Now when i start it i get to a point where it says windows was shutdown incorrectly click ok to restart, it restarts then i get again to that error i click ok it restart and so on...

Do you think the hardware was damaged or it is just windows vista?
Any ideas on how to resolve this situation?

thanks in advance.

You just bought it? It's most likely under warranty. Return it and get a new one.

Yeah, that sounds like a good plan. I was going to suggest that but spork beat me to it
