New tower with Windows 7 very slow opening new Tab.

I have a new tower, HP, quad core. Windows 7. It is disappointing me. Facebook is very slow to open, gives me a meassge that exloprer has to search for a problem and must close, also if i am on some other websites, and i have to open another tab to see something, it takes almost 15 seconds sometimes to open. |It just Sits on a white screen. Is there something i am missing?

Check to see if your browser has any addons. If so try disable them or if possible, remove them all togheter.

Usually what I do tho is that I format the PC after buying it using the Windows CD (never buy a windows computer that don't ship with the original CD, tell them thats bull crap and demand a refound). Many of the manufacturers today are just greedy and lets that ruin user experience, formating is the right thing to do since it usually cleans all trialware and manufacturers junks that they ship today.
