I am installing Windows Web Server 2008 on a new server. I get the message, "Operating System Not Found" when trying to boot from the installation CD. The installation process never gets started.

1) I tried the install CD on another computer, and it works
2) I tried a Windows XP installation CD in the new server, and it works.

For some reason, this installation CD is not working on this machine.

Any ideas?

Machine is a Supermicro motherboard: X7DVL-I.

Is the installation on a DVD and you are trying to boot it in a CD Drive?
