nothing showing in start bar

i just turned my computer on and none of the programs i have running show in the start bar. also when i mininmize programs they just go really small and stay on the desktop. i've tried dragging the programs into the start bar but it doesn't do anything

Unfortunately I don't have a fix for you although I have had that problem before. The good news is that it has always fixed itself after a couple reboots or so.

I'm sure someone else might have a better answer.

im not really sure if this will fix your problem, but when 'windows explorer' starts glitching up on me, i just end the process in the task manager then restart it, that usually fixes all my problems with windows explorer without having to reboot.... although, thats esentailly what Nodscene said....

seems the problem fixed itself like guys said it would. i just rebooted my computer a couple of times and it was fixed
