NTFS Format question

since the virus keep coming back im goin to format my computer and reinstall it. my question is "whats the different between Format Using NTFS and format using NTFS (Quick)" ?

If this virus is persisent, you'd probably be better doing a full format.

"Quick format" if I remember right, simply creates a blank FAT, and doesn't actually erase the data from the drive, check for bad sectors, etc.
