I have an odd problem and I'm looking for suggestions on where to look next. I have a few off site locations that are connected to the main office by VPN hardware. Two of the off site locations are having trouble connecting to one of the servers at the main office. There is another server at the main office they can connect to just fine so I figure the VPN connection is working properly. Off site PC's are Vista Business laptops and are new installs. Both servers at the main office are Win2k3.

I'm heading back to the off site locations later this afternoon to try a couple things and I'm looking for some ideas of what to look for. Any help is appreciated.

Try disabling Windows Firewall if it isn't already.
Also make sure the RPC service is running.
