I have a customer who is having this issue:

when opening and/or replying to this particular email they get a popup to log into outlook web access. They are working remotely over VPN and can access both the client and web access, but still gets prompted, and only with this one email. is there something that can be in an email to prompt this? any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Outlook web access (OWA) is a way to log into an exchange account via a website.

Right click on the contact and go to properties. There must be something set under one of the tabs to cause the prompt.
