Outlook 2007 - creating rule issue - wont do what I asked

I have MS Outlook 2007. Vista OS
I am trying to create a rule where email from a certain person or subject is MOVED to a folder. The problem is that it seems to copy to the folder instead of being moved even though I specifically asked it to be MOVED. Here is how I set up the rule:

Apply this rule after the message arrives from _______ and on this machine only move it to the ___________ folder.

Any suggestions?
