Well... while I was formatting my other PC I forgot to turn off my DSL then it DLed files from Microsoft. This is my old problem ^^ do you know how to fix this? There are many hidden file but MS disabled the folder options and I can't open my task manager just like before. XD I don't want to format my PC anymore ^^ is there another way?

Buy a legit copy of Windows.
